Lumé Nails Return & Replacement Policy
At Lumé Nails, every set is handmade with love and carefully packed before shipping. Because of the nature of press-on nails (personal-use beauty products), we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or general wear.
Replacements for Defective or Damaged Items
We will gladly provide a free replacement if:

Your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, AND

You provide photo or video proof within 48 hours of receiving the package.
Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement set at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Used or opened press-on nails

Sale or discounted items

Gift cards
