Lumé Nails Return & Replacement Policy

At Lumé Nails, every set is handmade with love and carefully packed before shipping. Because of the nature of press-on nails (personal-use beauty products), we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, or general wear.

Replacements for Defective or Damaged Items

We will gladly provide a free replacement if:

  • Your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, AND

  • You provide photo or video proof within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Once verified, we’ll send you a replacement set at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used or opened press-on nails

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Contact us at lumeeenail@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, a clear photo/video of the issue, and a brief description.

  3. If approved, we will ship your replacement promptly.

Notes

  • We do not offer cash refunds or returns.

  • If your order was lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.
